SATW.org offers SATW members and non-members the opportunity to reach travel writers while they are online through banner ads that appear on the top of every page, except the home page.

We limit sales to five advertisers a month. All ads rotate equally throughout the site. While it is expected that each advertiser will receive a minimum of 3,000 page views a month – based on monthly traffic in 2002, there is no page view guarantee.

Our banner ads are 60 pixels high by 470 pixels wide, with a resolution of 72 pixels per inch. Animated gif or jpg banners are allowed. All banners can click through to the advertiser’s site.

The file size is limited to 60K. No Flash, pop-up or interactive ads are permitted.

Advertisers can receive a monthly report of the page views they received and the number of click-throughs to their sites that were generated from banners on SATW.org.

• $150 a month (limited to five advertisers).
• Minimum commitment of three months.

SATW Member rate

• $125 a month (limited to five advertisers).
• Minimum commitment of three months.

Graphic design services are available for advertisers in need of artwork. We can rework existing artwork to conform to banner standards, or create an entirely new ad using your logo. Layout for most 72 dpi, 60x470 pixel ad will require approximately 2-3 hours, depending on the level of complexity and/or existing artwork supplied, at a design rate of $64/hr. An estimate will be provided prior to the rendering of services. Services for animated gif's/jpg's cannot be provided.
