Registration is now open until July 31.

SATW leadership and staff are continually monitoring the situation surrounding the current COVID-19 outbreak. It is SATW’s position to continue with the Annual Convention, scheduled for October 11 – 15, 2020 in Milwaukee, WI. Should a health emergency be declared in the Midwest region of the USA that results in a travel ban to Milwaukee/Chicago, or the airport, hotels or hospitals in Milwaukee are closed, then SATW will assess the situation. If attendees cancel due to personal concerns about traveling and SATW has not cancelled the convention, then the standard cancellation refund policy remains in place. We are all optimistic that the situation will be resolved long before October.


Cancellations up until July 31, 2020 will not be assessed a fee. Cancellations between August 1 – August 6 will be assessed a $150 fee. There will be no refunds provided after August 7, 2020.
