Our El Paso convention has three possible hotel options. You will be asked to select your preference. We will make every effort to oblige based on availability and first come, first serve basis. Please note distance in descriptions when making your choices.

Tru Travel Solutions is available to assist immediately with air reservations for SATW members and guests for a fee of $15 USD per ticket. Southwest Air
Beginning on August 15th, 2019 SATW attendees will receive a Discount on airfare and 50% Bonus Rapid Reward points from Southwest Airlines through our SWABIZ® account when traveling to and from El Paso. Purchase your tickets before the 4th of October to take advantage of the discounted rates. Book your flights to leave as earlier as October 14th, 2019 and return no later than October 29th, 2019.
