Let’s Partner! LDPR’s Leslie Cohen moderates a panel on how to identify, negotiate and promote partnerships for travel clients that extend visibility and enhance business. goals.

 

THE MODERATOR:

 

Leslie Cohen is the Executive Vice President/Owner, LDPR. Leslie works alongside Laura Davidson to expand the agency’s client roster, develop its talented staff, and guide the company forward with new strategies in a fast-paced and highly competitive industry. LDPR has implemented many unique partnerships for its clients including Veuve Clicquot and Ocean House, Rhode Island; Vineyard Vines and The Moorings yacht charter; Tory Burch and Curtain Bluff, Antigua; and Balvenie Whisky and VisitScotland. Leslie is an SATW Member.

 

THE PANELISTS:

 

Jason Keehn is the CEO & Founder of AccompanyUs.com. Jason founded this remarkable socially conscious company to leverage the economic engine of fashion and lifestyle industries toward positive impact for global communities in need by supporting indigenous craft and fair-trade workshops across 45 countries. He has formed alliances with brands, including hotel companies whose interest and culture align.  Jason has spoken at conferences at the United Nations General Assembly, Columbia University, SXSW and the U.S. Consulate General in China.

 

Jennifer Pinto is the President JPinto Consulting. With over 20 years of experience in PR and partnerships, Jennifer focuses on hospitality, food and wine, interior design, film, and ethical fashion brands. The film and fashion partnerships have included working on “The Greatest Showman” and “Bohemian Rhapsody” and with major fashion shops such as Bloomingdales, MOET et Chandon, and Swarovski to create marketing platforms. Jennifer has developed partnerships to leverage awareness for Atlantis in the Bahamas, 1 Hotels in New York and Miami, and Four Seasons.

 

Janelle McKinsey is a director in the Los Angeles office of Development Counsellors International and has a strong foundation in communications forged in California’s entertainment and lifestyle industries. She quickly applied her experience working with celebrity and lifestyle clients to advance the media relations and strategic partnership programs of DCI’s destination clients – from Huntington Beach to Oakland to Seattle. Today she leads DCI’s West Coast-based tourism publicity group. Janelle is a member of SATW.
