Your core convention registration includes four nights at the Conrad İstanbul Bosphorus arriving on Tuesday, November 12 and departing on Saturday, November 16.
SATW will make your reservations for the core convention nights. If you would like to book a room before and/or after the core convention dates, please make your reservation through the link in your registration confirmation email. Please note if you are booking a room for before AND after the core convention dates, you will need to make two separate reservations through the booking link.
A special rate of €252/night, including 10% VAT, 2% accommodation tax, and daily breakfast or Double rates of €274.40/night is available for the three nights before and after the convention based on availability.

Ticketing Process: Ticket purchase requests will be sent individually by SATW members to the respective Turkish Airlines Sales Offices. The airline discount rules, eligibility, and process information will be linked in your registration confirmation email.
