Eastern Chapter SATW members joined guests of Hawai’i Tourism Authority at the New York Botanical Garden, which co-sponsored a spectacular evening of food, wine, music, art, and, of course, foliage in celebration of its current exhibition Georgia O’Keeffe: Visions of Hawai’i. Eastern Chapter members congregated in the Sunshine State for an evening at Gatorland® in Orlando. They checked out the theme park’s newest attraction, Stompin’ Gator Off-Road Adventure, and enjoyed the results of the park’s $2.2 million expansion, the largest since its opening in 1949. A big round of applause to Associate Kathy Hernandez for setting this up and to ex- Chair Bob Jenkins for acting as SATW host.
