Professional Development

Introducing our Keynote Speakers:

Travel as a force for good, with Aziz Abu Sarah, co-founder of MEJDI Tours, and Maoz Inon, tourism entrepreneur, with SATW President Lydia Schrandt.

Aziz Abu Sarah, a Palestinian whose brother was killed by the Israeli army, and Maoz Inon, an Israeli whose parents were killed in the 2023 Hamas attack on Israel, are leading advocates for peacebuilding. One of the most effective tools for understanding, they argue, is tourism. They have been invited to share their powerful message with media across the globe, TED talks, Congressional Leaders, the Pope — and now SATW.
