Convention Dates: November 12-16, 2024
Registration: July 22- August 29, 2024
The registration deadline has been extended by one week.
Actives, Associate, Emeritus and Guests notified of Pre-Post: Confirmations will start to go out the first week of August
All attendees notified of Half & Full Day Tours: In September
*Day Tour preferences should be entered in the registration form. You may have the opportunity to book day tours on-site, but there is no guarantee.
Payment for Pre-Post for final confirmation due: Must be received within 48 hours after receiving confirmation
Cancellation Fee Period: Friday, August 30 through Thursday, September 5
No refunds: After September 5

Registration Fee Includes:
– Ground transportation to/from hotel on November 11-12 and November 16 .
– Four night stay
– All meals (Tuesday evening through Saturday morning)
– All professional development sessions

– Awards dinner
– One full-day tour: Preferences should be entered in the registration form. You may have the opportunity to book day tours on-site, but there is no guarantee.

*SATW members must register at the applicable SATW rate. A guest may share a room, but unless they register as a guest, they can not participate in any convention activities, and will be asked to leave if they attend.
